I am making a Project to Record Telephone Calls in a Call Center. I am using direct Telephone Line to Modem as well as to Telephone Set directly. I have CLI, RINGS and Recording of Telephone Call but my Problem is : I dont know how to get the Parameters when I receive the Call from Handset. When I Pick up the Call.....onComm event returns NOTHING... I need to know abt the Parameters when I Pick up the Call, Call Missed or Call hanged after Conversation in Visual Basic 6 code....

Please help me...........
