    XP locking folders :(

I have a folder on the desktop containing a few photos, I turn on thumbnail view so i can see what I'm doing. Sometimes I use the XP image preview utility to brows the pictures, sometimes I use me PhotoEd.exe.

When I have been browsing like this and try to move/delete/rename this folder, I get a message saying that it is still in use by another person or process. I have closed all my apps and still the problem persists.

    A reboot fixes things though.

Has anyone else had this problem? What do you guys think?

Yes, I have this problem and it is annoying. I found that if you use the back and forward buttons, it does it, aswell as having a program running on the folder that you can't see does it too. Closing explorer.exe and re-executing it solves the problem.
I use Microsoft Visual Basic 2005. (Therefore, most code samples I provide will be based around the .NET Framework v2.0, unless otherwise specified)
