    Looking for help to decode one algorithm

    Dear All,

    I m posting one algorithm which i have received from one Hardware device and that data uses ASTM protocol, this data is to be used for plotting histogram.

    Detail of data and the pattern of histogram is given the data given draws exactly same graph in the attachment

    Please help me to do so.
