I'm writing an application that uses access and outlook to sent out an e-mail, using the DoCmd.SendObject.

In my db there are about 250 members that I want to sent an e-mail to.

Now here's my problem:
How can I create and organise an e-mail group, so that I'm able to compare it with the members in my db. and make changes to it?

How can I sent out an e-mail to the group?

I know I can use the cc-section to add all the adresses seperatly, but I prefer them to be in a group, so only 1 adress will appear.

We will use this application quite often, and I don't want to sent out 250+ e-mail every time, because that means that in my 'sent message'-box 250+ sent messages will appear. This should not be a problem, except that in our company the size of the mailboxes on the server is limited.
