    Onscreen volume display on Dell Inspiron Laptops

    Well, you know the drill - your lappie has the volume control buttons and when you hit them a little box pops up with a blue bar and displays how high or low your volume is. Well, my best guess is that it is one of Dell's programs that autostarts through the registry and I removed by mistake, but can anyone help me out? Thanks a bunch,
