    someone please Help !

    Hi,

    can anyone please in very simple language or Terms( As I am not from a Software Programming Background) But I am on a Mission to learn VB.NET,Explain me what does 'namespaces', 'assemblies' and 'common language runtime(clr)' mean and what do they do in VB.NET how do they help and of what significance are they in VB.NET. If some can also give some analogies to explain what all they mean analogies, as in this is Earth this is day and this is me, something on these lines as an example to make me understand it.

    Hi,

    Just a suggestion. Whenever you have a query look it up in MSDN Help. Try what they say and then bring any problems to this forum. If you look up all three subjects you mention you will find clear definitions.
