Following is the notice the PDW gave me:
"You have included mdac_typ.exe in your installation package. If you will be installing this package on a Windows 95/98 system, it will require DCOM98 to install properly."

The PDW is telling you that you will need to install DCOM98 seperatly from when you actually run setup from your program.
A good tip to get the install to run much faster is to select multiple cabs instead of a single cab.
There are several reasons why you got the error "Please insert Disk"
1. Setup1.exe had a problem executing. The solution would be to copy setup1.exe from the "SUPPORT" directory into the root of the folder that you made the cabs. Then you must take out the line that has "SETUP1.EXE" in the .DDF file in the "SUPPORT" directory. Save the file then double-click the .bat file in the "SUPPORT" directory.
This will remake the cab file(s). Then try installing your program.
2. The "SETUP.LST" file is reporting the wrong number of cabs. Open this file up with notepad and type the number of cabs that you actually have.
ex. cabs=2
3. The system you are on does not support "\\server" naming conventions. The soulution is to map a network drive to the location that you are installing from.
Hope this helps,
