How can I distribute an asp.net application to a site?

Hi,

I am using asp.net and created an application and setup installation program at home. I have copied *.Msi file and setup.exe to site. When I try to run setup.exe program with a html file, I get an error and cannot install application to the site. Is there anyway that you can explain how I can create a setup application and put it on the isp site. I also would appreciate if there is a tutorial how to distribute an asp.net application to a site.

Have you got sufficient rights on the web server?
I could be simpler to simply copy the relevant aspx etc files to your site.
