Hi All,

I am in need of a program writing as I do not have the time to learn how to do it myself at the moment. It is a fairly simple 'proto-type' of a program that I will need to expand upon myself at a later date (when I've figured out how!) so I just need some idea where to get started. Here is a Word document outlining what I need doing:

There are some requirements for the program:

1) It must be written in VB.Net. I am currently learning VB.Net 2003 and I will need to build on the prototype myself at a later date, so I need to know how and what has been done.

2) There must be comments throughout the program explaining what has been done and why.

I am willing to pay for the program, providing it is a reasonable fee.

Alternatively, any free advice or offers to do the program for free out of *interest* are most welcome!

*edit* I was originally trying to make something like this in Excel, possibly using VBA but I don't think you can do it. If anyone knows different then again I would appreciate help/advice on how to do it.
