    Xp Style?

    is there a way to make a program with xp style buttons, text, etc... i found one on pscode.com, but it requires me to use a .ocx file. is there a way to implement the .ocx file into the program so it wont require the user to have to .ocx file? or... if anyone has an example of xp stule buttons, text, etc... without using a .ocx file, please give me a link
