posting to the internet

I have an array of information We'll say scores(10)

So heres the values
scores(0)=210
scores(1)=199
scores(2)=194
ETC

I want to post this to the internet not just upload them to my webpage, but to a differant webpage like submit them...

How do i do this? I want to put score(0) into the text box then enter it, and go through all of them, just a turn in the right direction will help! and a little bit of explanation would be awesome!!
