history.go
I want to be able to have a user click on a link and it will bring them to the page in the history. If I loook in the history I can see a heading Test22. Can I use a function to go back to that specfic page in the history. Forget about the (-2)... Possible history could change..

No, it's been a long time since browsers allowed scripts to inspect the history. Some might still have an option to allow it, but it's disabled by default.
