Accessing usercontrol from popup form

Hi all,

I have an Active X (user control) that has a button to open a popup form. This popup form has a menu on it that when a particular option is selected it runs a function from the original UserControl.

I am totally lost on this so any help on how to achieve this would be greatly appreciated!!
