send Client certificate to server

hi all,

I need to send client certificate to the server. I installed client server certificates. When i open a web page using a browser, it is asking me to send client certificate. when i select the client certificate, it is working fine.

Now i need to send the client certificate to the server from my application which is in VB.

Can anyone help me out.
