Filtering records in CR

Hi.. All,

Please help me ... I am very new with this toy,

how to filter records for some fields in CR .. for example:
I need to filter sales table with the following criteria:

salesmancode="WINAN"
periodeyear >=1999 and periodeyear<=2003
salesqty>=1000

I need advice .. thanks
