    Secure Login?

    I want to make a login screen that will check if they're on my site or sumthing. I have a site with php support and SQL and stuff. How would you suggest I Do it. I just want to force them to buy it. I want to be able to add more people too. COuld I use like SQL for this, and how? wOuld it be secure? THANKS!!!!!!!
