Problems with pop-up exe file

Dear Gurus,
I created a webpage where once click microphone button, it will call an exe file that will record/playback user's speech. This exe file is displayed as a small popup window sample 1.jpg. I am hoping that is there a way to 'embed' the exe file into the page in order to eliminate the popup window. In another words, there will not be a popup window for the record/playback exe file, just by clicking the 'record', 'pause', 'play' button on the page, it will refer to the exe file sample 2.jpg . I have attached the sample screens for the description above together with this msg. Any sample codes and suggestions are highly appreciated. Thanks in advance :)
