OK, the concept is not that hard... I have this site:

... I want to be able to make it pull those calls via php from a database or something for those conference calls, and also be able to sort/search them by date or topic.

There are millions of PHP scripts on the Internet... But I'm not sure what to call this... Any ideas or systems or anything that could maybe help?
