Is this the right place to ask CSS Qs? [Resolved]

I am remaking a page that was first done in DreamWeaver. And I think it must have been DW that have added some lines to the body CSS.

body {
	background-color: #5E89BD;
	//tracingsrc="tracing.gif";
	//tracingopacity=66 
	//tracingx=0;
	//tracingy=0;
}

I have commented them away here. There was a problem with the Safari browser. The background color of body never showed. But when I commented the tracing* lines it showed. But I have no idea what they do. Anyone know? Can't see any diffrense in on the page after I took them away.
