Active X Control Safety

Hello, This is very Urgent.

Hi, I developed an ActiveX component and I have created a setup for it. In the client side I can make it as, something like "Safe to Use".. How do I make an unknown user realise that it is safe to use the control?
I know I am not cyrstal clear in explaining my problem and i hope someone could help me out.
