Do anyone know how to create an VB application to send a message to newsgroup?
I know I need to use Winsock, NNTP. but I have no idea of how to use.
Is there any example in the web I can read?

To a newsgroup already existing that isn't run by you or one that you've created? If it's the latter I'd just write a VB program which acts like a newsgroup... actually sends the mail out itself, lets you manage who's a member, etc.
