Code for a switchboard import button

Hi all, I am a novice programmer and would appreciate a little help I require a button that will import the data from several different excel sheets (same format) directly into the same access database table. I know there is a wizard to import or link an excel file however i would like a button on a switchboard to enable the user to simply import the file himself without having any knowledge of a database program.

Please help. It seems that there doesn't seem to be much help in this area.
