As the subject says, i need some good VB freelance developers for the VB database projects that I have in hand. But first of all I would want to know how much this would cost me. I could hand over a whole project or part as of it components to developer(s). However I would also require that the developers working on these projects follow a given coding standard and programming structure that I have already put in place. This is required so that modular components can be added to a larger system without having to add a single line of code in the main system and also for any other programmer, using the same standard, could perform amendments if required. I have all the basic templates to start with and analysis documents, only the programming needs to be implemented.
