if so where can I get free backgrounds / themes...

I currently have an iPaq 3765...the themes i ahve are only 2:

Default
Fire...


What kind of files are these? How can I get more? How can I install them? I tried a long time ago but no luck..do I just throw them in teh windows folder? Where can I get them from?
