How do you click a certain area on your desktop without moving the mouse?

I no you have to use the api mouse_event, but do I have to use it with setcursor?

OK! My mission is to click on a spot on the desktop without having to move the mouse. But do I have to use the Setcursor api.

I dont think that its possible to click on the desktop (in a certain place) with out moving the mouse, I guess you do need to use set cursor api
