MSAccess import function problem

Hi all

I have an installation problem of MSAccess

My problem :

I have installed msaccess again after a virus hit my comp.
i was updating my data base by using the build in "import" function in msaccess one a month.

after the new installtion , i try to import another text file
but notices that i cannot import from text files.

all the other imports was there (odbc,foxpro, dbase3, dbase 4,excell) but no the text file , whice i needed badly

i looked at the registery and find out thet in the
hklm->software->microsoft->jet4->engine->

all the types where there even the text file

what could i do in order to fix my msaccess installtion
i tryied to remove the last installation and reinstall it again
with out no luck !!

i removed office complately .
when i tried to reinstall , i had noticed that
the text and html driver is already installed !!!
how can i remove tham complately ??

what is the dll i need to remove ?
