Basic Question - Centering vertically on a JFrame

Hi,

Horizontal alignment seems to work:

x = (getSize().width - width) / 2;

But it looks like the titlebar is included when doing the same calculation vertically:

y = (getSize().height - height) / 2;

Is it possible to retrieve the size of the titlebar or to just set the size of the content area?
