autosend mail

hi..
i just wanna ask something about mail..

is possible when i sent e-mail to someone
and when the person open that mail...
it automatically sent to me back a message that
the receiver have read the mail?

how can we do it like that?
any ideass?
*i only use hotmail,yahoo maill account!
