    Question

    How can i set the ocx's icon ?

    draw the icon you want in MSpaint (it must be a bitmap) and it must be at most 16 pixels wide, by 15 high.

    save it, and then set the "UserControl.ToolboxBitmap" property to the file you just made. then compile it and it should work.

    Hows that?
