Mandrake 9. , on parition Linux Ex3(logical) , Linux Swap (logical)

Windows :
XP , on Partition NTFS , Primary .

bearing in mind , I can't see Linux partition from Windows .

based on this configuration , Can I see my windows files from Linux ? How ?
