I am attempting to automate the lengthy process of copying and special pasting of a range of cells from Excel to PowerPoint. Many of the presentation that we participate in require the manipulation of variables on a spreadsheet that affects many tables and charts throughout the sheet and corresponding presentation. At times we have over 100 tables and charts that need refreshing in the presentation.
I have used the AddOLEObject method of the Shapes collection to add these tables. The problem is that the reference is very vague, it references the active sheet of the Excel file and requires much cropping to get the specific cell range that we need.
Is there a way to link to a specific cell range on a specific sheet?
