make screenshots and save them small

hey,

i wanna make a program which makes one random screenshot in one minute.

then the screenshots must be placed into a directory.
but when i do did its al *.bmp

how can i make the program save small pictures?

Use another program to convert it to .jpg or do a search for Saving .jpg
