Help Wanted:
As of right now, I am currently looking for an experianced game programmer of about 1 year or more in c++ or vb.net languages (either one is good)
My game is multi-player as well as a single player. The multiplayer version is free but in order to access certain commands the player has to buy a level up ($10.00). The single player version I havn't thought up what the price of that would be.
Since we will be working on the project together, payment will be delayed until the project is completed and the level up money and single player money comes in where we can split half of it. that is negotiable though if you object to that idea (which i understand if you do)
I can not just put my game idea on a forum but if you would like more information please contact my AIM at: Tall Boy Me or my e-mail: hockeyislife2007@aol.com

and what if all the work is done and no one buys it? There are tons of free games on the net, what makes this game worthy of a 10 dollar price tag?

you dont have to pay anything to download the game or play it. you have to pay in order to access certain commands and features (like tournements, make teams or clans, etc...) and each level is $10 and each one comes with more things that you can be able to do.

That is just retarded. No one will want to pay for levels and abilities.

well you can buy half-life/Counter-stike/DOD at the store for 25 bucks, so I am just curious what makes your game worth 10.

every $10 you open up 5 new levels and each new level gives you some bonus money and bonus wheight (so you can hold more weapons and armor) and you only have to pay once to get more commands such as being able to make private games, give/get money from other players, participate in tournements.
techinically its only $10 to have every feature in the game but in order to get the extra money and extra wheight.

Congrats, you're making a game that seperates people not by skill, but by financial status.
I can't even BEGIN to criticize that.
Good luck with your endevor, but you may want to actually look up the definition of a game instead of trying to milk money out of people.

you dont think i didnt realize that? of course i did and you can only buy 3 levels which is only $30 and if you really wanted it its worth the money. Also i am creating tournements which you can only use certain types of equipment and the player who has the best skill would win, not the one that has the most money.
Dont just assume things like you know it all

This isn't the place for an argument, so if anyone is applying for the job or has something other that is non-argumentative to say then please post. Otherwise use email.

anyway the jobs still up Which is why you charge for subscriptions. Also, why are you trying to argue with me when a Moderator has specifically said NO? Come on, even I stopped after that.
