Download Asp.net 1.1

I am new to .NET. I have Asp.net 1.0 installed on my PC. However every time i create a new project in visual studio.NET i get promted to upgrade to asp.net 1.1. Does anyone have the link to download that version. I cant seem to find it.

Thanks, I downloaded it , but i am still getting prompted.
I probably need to configure something in IIS, but I am not sure what? Can you give me any ideas??
