I need telnet(Winnt version) or a good GUI telnet application because the one packaged with windows xp sucks. So will one of you guys give me a link or an attachment.

What's wrong with the one packaged with xp? It works just as well as the GUI version.
Anyway if you want a GUI telnet I would suggest Putty. Its also an SSH client.
