How to sign an ActiveX Control?

Hi all..

How to sign my ActiveX Control after finnishing it?

I made the CAB file and everything is fine.. now I want to sign it to be secure for users..

And my project will be sold to companies (as an E-Learning Project) so must I buy the certificate or that company must buy it?
And if the company has an SSL in their server.. must they sign the project or it is enough that they have an SSL server?

I found these links for signing OCX, but I want to know what to do for the commercial uses.. :

And is it enough to sign the OCX? or I must make some other things?

I want to see a FULL sample for signing the OCX by Verisign because there is many fields that I don't know what to fill in them..

And then after that what to do to make the OCX secure?

Please I want a Step by Step tutorial for that..
