Anyone know how to invoke the scrolling of a form?

my object is using the AutoScroll property, so scrollbars showup correctly and manipulate the image fine when i use them. my problem is that when im draging a drawn object i want it to scroll automaticly when i get close to the edge of the control (similar to MS Word or Excell when your selecting stuff)

Anyone have any suggestions how to invoke the VScroll bar or HScroll bar so that i can make it scroll when im dragging objects?
