I'm asking if we can make a character like in Microsoft Word. The Help but with Animation. Like a "ball" or "Earh" or like "The Magic Face".

You mean WordArt?

Draw'em. Unless you find a library for such stuff on the net, you have to draw such special characters with your own routines.
