Transparent Gif in an image Control

Hi ,
I want to show a designed gif in an image control with transparency

I tried many ways for this problem but I couldn't find the true answer .

for example I use these codings in some ways :
1. MakeTransparent Method
2. ColorMap
3. Setting the back colors to transparency
