vb setup wizard

I want to use setup wizard to make a setup package, but it asks me to lacate user and locate kernel, what do these mean?

It means get another installer package:D

I have never seen those messages... but I gave up P&DW long time ago. try using ********** (http://www.***********/**********.html) with Inno Setup (http://www.jrsoftware.org)

They both are free.
