    Fortran question

    Is there something like the mid$ function in VB? Any way I can get part of a string seperatelly?

    I am not sure if there is anyone using Fortran or have used fortran on this forum. Maybe you should try to ask on a fortran specific forum like:

    Hehe...no worries....I am glad I don't have to do any fortran programming...so how is it like....does it look like any other programming languages...??

    Well all that I have gathered so far is that it is a good language to deal with arrays, also really fast with math stuff and that is quite similar to C (or so I have been told)...
