Network Neighborhood and Shared resources

I am wondering if anyone knows if there is a way to access a computer the way Network Neighborhood does to see if it has any resources shared. For example, on my home network, I have a computer named "k". I want to be able to tell that "k" has the folder "projects", folder "games", and folder "programs" shared. (\\k\projects\ and \\k\games\ and \\k\programs\)
