When its starting up, press F8 until it shows you a menu, where you can choose the option for Safe Mode.`

Mendhak, remember the days when we had to hold CTRL down to get our boot options...those were the days.

Remember when Ctrl+Alt+Delete used to actually reboot the machine?
And a 2-button mouse was sufficient?
And when the CPU Switch actually turned the machine off?

Do you remember when you heard the word "mouse" the only thing you could think of to define it was a four legged rodent?
When QBASIC was king?
When DOS booted up it said "Version 1.00"?

Remember when 2400bps was simply amazing?
And a 500 MB hard drive was more than enough?
And the closest thing to animation then was ANSI?
*sigh*

Surely you meant "The days when DOS booted up..."
It didn't do that very well either!
Remember the days of the ol' "park" commands?

You remember those huge hard drive spindles that used to come out? The ones that weighed about 5 kgs (382 Farenheit for Imperial users)?
