How can I remove the Document menu from the Win98 Startup Menu? Pls Help

Document Menu is having the list of all the programs or documents which was recently opened or ran?

Whereas, I don't want this menu to appear in the Win98 Startup Menu. I have heard that this thing got something to do with the Windows registry. Please help me out in this regard.
