Is there a way to update , possibly an insertion to this table for referencing parameter as a criteria.

I have a query "qryProject_Charter" that has reference to controls that appear on a run-time only form. Is there any documentation from Microsoft that defines the schema data for hidden system tables? A white paper maybe. Is it even possible to write to Access System Tables?
