HELP!!!!!!!!!!!!! Crystal toolbar icons not showing up

On my computer when I create the report, the icons on the crystal toolbar show up. After I publish it to the web server and run it from there, the icons do not show up.

What file(s) do I need to include in my web project to make these icons show up?

Ok, I found where the icons were on my box. I put those image files in my images folder for my project and they are still not showing up on the web page.

I even installed Crystal Reports from .Net onto the web server. Still no luck.

I search the Crystal website as well. No luck.

Anyone have any ideas????
