Does anybody know how to find the local standard e-mail adress of a workstation?

Note: I mean - the e-mail adress is located in
Microsoft Outlook or Outlook Express.
There could be more than one e-mail adress,
but only one is defined as standard.

Is there any way to determine that adress?
