Errors Crystal Report Win98 and Net -RESOLVED-

I have installed successfully an application written in VS2003 on Win2000 and XP. Tested the same applicaiton on win98 SE and having problems.

The Application when it tries to load a crystal report and fails with Load Report Failed error.

It seems that this is a know issue and refers to article c201164 on Crystal Decisions Site. The article states that I have to register CRQE.dll but when I try to register this using RegSvr32 it will fail to register with error. I followed exactly the article but to no avail. The error I am getting when I try to use RegSvr32 is

    LoadLibrary("c:\program files\common files\Crystal Decisions\1.0\bin\crqe.dll) failed. GetLastError 0x00000485

RE installed win98SE + IE6 + Windows Installer 2 + MDAC 2.8 + dotnetfx on a new HD but had exactly the same result.

Has anybody encountered this issue or can anybody give some advise how to go about it.

    Thanks

were you "Copy and Paste" the entire folder to Win98? Or were you used the "Deployment Project" to Setup your application on win98?

    RESOLVED

To install I used the deployment project. I resolved the issue by copying Dbghelp.dll from C:\Program Files\Microsoft Visual Studio .NET 2003\Common7\IDE. This I found on the Crystal Decision Technical support Article ID c2013420.

Now I am trying to resolve another issue of Crystal opening Access XP DB on win98.
