Hi,

We are using vb 6.0 with seagate crystal report 7.0.
I need to setup invoice printout on a pre printed stationary.
We have developed the application on win98 but when we print the invoice from win2000 machine on epson 870 printer the information to be printed first ie. invoice no. prints a fraction on the paper and then printing skips and the remaining of the invoice no prints about an inch below. As a result alignment of all other objects shifts an inch down the actual position.
The amount of area skipped from the first fraction printed differs from one report to another. Hence we are unable to trace the reason for such a thing to happen.

The same application prints properly from win98 machine on the same printer .

Can anybody throw some light on this issue...
