moving an obj/scoreboard

anyone describe me to create a simple game using "javascript" in which a red ball moves(can be randomly) and hits
another blue ball and that if it hits it ,let document write "you scored "1". and so on
it can be by either clicking a"button" or using "arrow keys"

do you mean like this:
a red ball moves randomly about, which we have no control over. Another blue ball it controlled. If the two hit each other, the score goes up by one and the game ends?
